Sandwiches and Fruit for Your Princess Party

Organizing a party for the little ones is difficult for anyone. The problem lies in reading the minds of the little ones. At times even they do not know what they want. But choosing a tried and tested theme is a safe option. The princess theme is a very attractive one when you are organizing a party for your own little princess. She would love to spend a day acting as the princess of some distant kingdom. She would love it more when the princesses from other lands (in the form of guests) visit her “palace”.

Planning for the princess party menu is essential. Yes, there will be a cake but what about the rest? As you might have read and seen, princesses like to nibble at foods like sandwiches and cheese. You might have some cheese arranged at the center table for the little guests. You can even arrange some grapes on the table. Some tea would also go well with the theme of the party.

Sandwiches are absolutely a must-have for princess-themed parties. Jelly and peanut butter sandwiches are a favorite of children. However, you should enquire first whether some of the guests have a peanut butter allergy. Then, prepare the sandwiches in the following method:

Cut off the crusts, and then quarter the sandwiches so that there are four sandwiches from two slices. You may add some mayo or very finely sliced turkey. Kids will not like sandwiches the same way as adults, so sandwiches with cucumber, onion, tomato, capsicum, and lettuce will not work.

Most kids like the creative combination of cream cheese and thinly sliced apples which have raisin bread as their base. To bring some variety in the sandwiches you may quarter some and leave others rectangular in shape. This variety in shape will appeal to the little princesses. You can even use a drinking glass to create some circular shaped sandwiches.

When serving the sandwiches, use a teatime caddy and stack all of them. Decorate the tray according to the theme. With so many different shapes of sandwiches, the guests will have a feeling of a royal feast.

As you can see, it is not that difficult to choose a menu for the princess or fairy party. To make the kid’s party Perth successful, extravagant is not always necessary. Simple methods can go a long way.
